Do you love going to food festivals? The latest Singha Food Festival, which took place in Chidlom Central from November 11 to 13, began at 4 p.m. to 12 p.m. It was a fantastic experience. The cuisine event’s focus is zero waste and sustainable development. Why not enjoy wonderful cuisine while also helping the environment when all of the vendors provide biodegradable packaging that is suitable for food and each restaurant has its own sustainable theme?
In addition to delicious cuisine, there was also fantastic music. There was a DJ and live music every day for three days from eight o’clock to nine o’clock and from nine thirty to ten thirty at night.
When I first reached the area, the first thing that caught my eye was a magnificent beer tower that had been decked out to resemble a Christmas tree and served as a beautiful photo op. You could walk straight out of this area onto a big stage where you could partake in the festivities and watch live acts as you ate. There was a tiny beach bar to the right of the entry where guests could sit back and take in the atmosphere of the beach at night while listening to music and sipping beer.
When it comes to the culinary segment, I was particularly looking forward to visiting Khoad Yum and Baan Progressive, both of which serve traditional Thai cuisine, as well as Amhawa in Moodaeng, which is known for its world-famous custom-flavored ice cream. The cuisine they served had a unique flavor, and the service was outstanding. It is an undertaking that should be pursued.
Over 30 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, German, Korean, and more, were invited to participate in the festival. So many alternatives exist, and so many cultures to explore. What happened was a source of great satisfaction. To the Singha Cuisine Festival, thank you for the delicious food and lively atmosphere.
It was a very interesting food festival and I felt very sad when I left. I hope to participate in the next food festival held by singha as soon as possible. I am looking forward to the next delicious adventure!
